Listen. Now Walk was one of twenty-one works curated into the 5th biennial Strand Ephemera exhibition in Townsville, Queensland run by the Perc Tucker Gallery.

Listen. Now Walk is a site-specific audio walk that takes you on an aural journey of The Strand. Participants listen to stories of whimsy, complete tasks and became lost in the narrative. The aim of the walk was to make the listener become a constantly shifting, ephemeral sculpture.

This artwork exists as MP3 files and people were encouraged to download these files from the internet onto their own MP3 player.

This artwork won the “Innovation Award” at the festival which was a cash prize.
